The build quality is great. And when you switch from the monitor stand to this arm it you can reclaim a lot of desk space which makes it look cleaner and minimalist as I prefer. It has great cable management and the vesa mounting instructions were simple and clear for me as a this is my first time doing this by myself. The only issue I face is that if you have many cables running through the monitor then the cable management may not be able to accommodate all of them. Since I use the DELL U2725QE thunderbolt dock monitor it has a thunderbolt cable, hdmi, display cable, ethernet, KVM upstream cable, speakers cable and the monitors power cable all running through. In such scenarios the cable management space to hide them is not enough.
