We are confident in the quality of our products and many items are covered by warranties. Below you’ll find a list of all our warranty information.
Good to know:
Our warranties start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Each product sold by Simplist comes with a limited warranty period mentioned on the respective product page, starting from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal residential use.
Warranty Claims
If a product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Simplist will inspect the item and may:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace the product with the same or a similar product
The decision to repair or replace will be made by Simplist.
How to Claim Warranty
A valid proof of purchase or order receipt is required for all warranty claims.
Please contact our customer support team before bringing or sending any item for warranty service.
Delivery & Service Handling
Within 30 Days of Purchase
For approved warranty claims within 30 days of purchase, Simplist may assist with pickup and return delivery at its discretion.
After 30 Days of Purchase
For smaller products and accessories, customers are required to either:
- Deliver/drop off the item at our service center, or
- Arrange courier delivery to and from the service center
All transport, courier, and delivery costs must be borne by the customer.
For larger products such as desks, onsite support may be provided within the Colombo area where applicable.
Simplist is not responsible for damages or losses caused during third-party transportation.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Incorrect assembly, installation, or modifications
- Commercial or heavy-duty use unless stated otherwise
- Water, humidity, outdoor exposure, or liquid damage
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or chemicals
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
Important Conditions
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
- Products must be used according to product guidelines and care instructions.
- Simplist reserves the right to refuse warranty claims caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
